Jump Rope Technique
Work x 60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds

CONDITIONING

Three rounds for time of:
10 x Hang Power Snatch (95/65lbs.)
15 x Ring Dips

OR

Three rounds for time of:
20 Kettlebell Swings
20 Push-Ups
