Basic Training Course
The Basic Training Course consists of six 1-hour sessions, where you will be introduced to CrossFit through discussions, movements, and workouts (WODS). The course has been constructed to slowly introduce CrossFit to people of any and all fitness levels. All we ask is that you bring an open-mind and a motivated attitude.
