You can step into any CrossFit gym, get a good sweat and feel tired when you leave, but teaching our members to move efficiently and get the most out of each workout is very important to us. Every workout will be catered to your individual needs and abilities, and each member gets the best possible dose of exercise. Our coaches will support and coach you through the full sixty minutes of fitness, helping you reach your potential each and every class. At Riverbend CrossFit, you'll walk into a welcoming and educational atmosphere for people from all walks of life—young, old, experienced or newbie. Everyone has a different story to share, but ours begins with an emphasis on quality and technique to better yourself through strength, skill and endurance. Our Facility

Riverbend CrossFit is Edwardsville’s friendliest, most accessible gym. Inside our expansive, 6,000-square-foot facility, which runs parallel to the Madison County Transit bike path, you’ll gain immediate access to all of our top-notch equipment. You’ll enjoy every workout in a clean space with lots of friendly faces to greet and push you forward—with supportive, well-trained coaches always by your side. We strongly promote mastering movements first, emphasizing the importance of moving well and staying injury-free. We’ve got what you need to stay motivated, including amenities like central air and heat, and full bathrooms with men’s and women’s showers.
