I was quickly hooked, even though it took me about 3 months to stop being nervous about how each day’s workout would be. I am thrilled at the changes I’ve seen in myself and, more importantly, in how I feel. I am stronger, I have more energy, I feel less stress from my demanding job, and I feel rewarded as I make personal accomplishments and improvements in my fitness abilities and endurance.
I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish any of my goals without RB CrossFit. Before starting CrossFit, I was stuck in a rut of going to a conventional gym and trying various “boot camps.” I wasn’t making any progress and I had no motivation to make it to the gym. Now going to RB is a part of my weekly routine. I can’t wait to see what else RB and Coach Willie has in store for me in the future!
I have had great success with Riverbend CrossFit increasing my strength, conditioning, and skills at a faster pace than previous gyms. Riverbend is not only a great place for individuals wanting to get back into shape, but also an excellent gym to improve on the skills already possessed to become a better overall athlete.
